Way of saying CASA is a tourist accommodation in a 70 m2 apartment on the second floor of a building with a lift. It consists of two large bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub/shower, a kitchen and a balcony.
Furnished in an essential but complete and functional way. Themed according to the humorous spirit of the Roman dialect and its sayings.
We take inspiration from our experiences as tourists because yes, we are tourists too. What we liked, what we appreciated, what pampered us, what we didn't expect, what we would have liked, what comes to mind, what we would like, what we add, change, try to improve every day. We like to take care of the details because whoever decides to come and visit us is first of all a friend of ours, must feel good and at home.. this is our way of saying CASA.

Way of Saying Casa, near the Appia Antica Archaeological Park, is a property located in the historic district of Quadraro, along the commercial Via Tuscolana, full of services. With the metro line A stop right under the building, you can reach the Basilica of S. Giovanni in Laterano in less than 10 minutes, the Roma Termini train station in 12 minutes, Piazza di Spagna and the historic center in 15 minutes. Alternatively, a cycle path leads to the center and, in the opposite direction, allows you to easily reach the Parco degli Acquedotti, a characteristic archaeological walk surrounded by greenery. 9 km from the "G.B. Pastine" international airport of Rome Ciampino and 35 from the "Leonardo da Vinci" international airport of Rome Fiumicino.
