The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a lift, just above the metro stop "Porta Furba-Quadraro" on line A , the entrance of which is just 15 metres from the building's main door.

The two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, a desk and a smart TV with live streaming applications and a Netflix subscription available. Bed linen, kitchen linen, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, shower soap and shampoo are available. There is a high-speed fiber optic internet connection and a small charging station for your electronic devices such as cameras, tablets, etc.

If you want to eat at home, in the eat-in kitchen you will find pots, pans, dishes and everything you need for cooking. Right in front of the house, a 24-hour supermarket will help you manage your stay without worries. If you prefer to dine out, in the surrounding area there are plenty of catering services for every taste, from pizzerias to take-away food, to restaurants, including those serving typical Roman cuisine, all easily reachable on foot.

The apartment also has a practical utility room inside where you can easily store bulky material that you may have with you, such as your suitcases, but also bicycles, scooters, strollers and anything else you may wish to keep out of the spaces used daily.
